WE HOLD PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE AND HAVE UP TO DATE DBS' IN PLACE. OUR BOUNCY CASTLES ARE BOTH PIPA TESTED AND ALL EQUIPMENT IS PAT TESTED.
A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE OF £50 IS REQUIRED TO SECURE ALL BOOKINGS.
A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £50 (£100 FOR LUXE AND ULTIMATE PACKAGES, INCLUDING WEDDINGS OR BESPOKE PACKAGES) IS REQUIRED AND WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER THE EVENT PROVIDING THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT.
FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 5 DAYS PRIOR TO HIRE.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
YOUR BOOKING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE, HOWEVER YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A FUTURE DATE (WITHIN 6 MONTHS) IF MORE THAN 1 WEEK NOTICE IS GIVEN (OR WE ARE UNABLE TO SET UP DUE TO WEATHER CONIDTIONS ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT).
UNFORTUNATELY, FOR ANY NON WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 5 DAYS BEFORE HIRE, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE TRANSFERABLE OR REFUNDED.
FOR CANCELLATIONS, WITHIN 5 DAYS BEOFRE HIRE, THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE PAYABLE.
